2010 VENDOR BOOTH SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The 6th Annual Hero’s Ride is offering vendor space on Saturday, August 28, 2010 for $50 per company. Share information, products or services related or of interest to the motorcycle community. You will be responsible for table, chairs, tents, etc. If we are notified prior to the event we can insure that you are supplied with electric if necessary. The 2009 event brought over 400 motorcycles, residents and many more.

Set up begins Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 8:30 am and we request that you are set up and ready to go by 9:30 a.m. Vendors may sell their products or services, as long as they are pre-packaged. We will not be accepting food vendors. Each vendor must be approved by the Hero’s Ride Committee and the city of Fairfield .

If you would like to set up a booth on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at the 6th Annual Hero’s Ride, please return this form or you can pay below via PayPal (after payment is received you will be contacted by a Hero's Ride Committee member to verify your information) by August 13, 2010 and your payment (please make checks payable to “Hero’s Ride”) to:

Cost is $50 per company – If your company is not approved by the Hero’s Ride Committee and the city of Fairfield your $50 payment will be returned to you.  


Vendor Booth Sponsorship - $50.00

After payment is received you will be contacted by a Hero's Ride Committee member to verify your information.


VENDOR hereby represents and guarantees that the activity carried on during the hours of use shall not be in violation of any law ordinance, or rule of the State of Ohio , City and/or County. The VENDOR shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hero’s Ride Committee, the city of Fairfield and all other parties contributing to the 6th Annual Hero’s Ride from and against all claims and demands for loss or damage, including property or consequential damage, personal injury and wrongful death, arising out of or in connection with the use or occupancy of the booth space. The VENDOR shall reimburse the Hero’s Ride Committee, the city of Fairfield and all other parties contributing to the 6th Annual Hero’s Ride for all its costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, in connection with defense of any such claims. The Hero’s Ride Committee, the city of Fairfield and all other parties contributing to the 6th Annual Hero’s Ride shall not be responsible for any loss due to weather and/or event cancellation due to extreme weather conditions. VENDOR hereby acknowledges all risks, losses, damages, or claims that may arise from the use or occupancy of the booth spaces, and hereby waives any and all recovery from the Hero’s Ride Committee, the city of Fairfield and all other parties contributing to the 6th Annual Hero’s Ride for such risks, losses damages, or claims.
